Open to civil servants and contract staff. You must meet the Ministry of Agriculture's conditions for vacations: be a business owner who can show business income, or a full-time employee or public servant with a main employer.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Significant teaching experience, preferably in higher education
The profile they look for:
- Significant teaching experience, preferably in higher education
- Excellent English level, C1/C2 or equivalent
- Ability to design and run English classes
- Ability to design assessment methods
- Independence, teaching skills and good communication
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible
- The outside-work authorisation form must be filled in by your main employer; the Institut Agro provides the form
- Applications without meeting the vacation conditions will not be accepted
- Classes on Tuesdays: group 1 from 14:00 to 15:45, group 2 from 16:00 to 17:45
