Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels).
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Licence (level 6) or equivalent, in maths or sciences
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 training in maths or sciences.
- Able to hold pupils' attention and adapt to each pupil.
- Good command of French, spoken and written.
- Rigorous, patient and a good listener.
- Able to lead projects and show initiative.
- Able to work in a team and comfortable with digital tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Two part-time posts: 10 h at Édouard Branly and 14 h at Le Verger, in Châtellerault.
- Training may be offered depending on needs.
- A mentoring scheme with experienced teachers may be set up.
- Remote work is not possible.
