Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of vocational teaching and the trades students are trained for.
- Solid theory and practice in cooking and preparing fish, crustaceans and shellfish.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules, food safety and trade regulations.
