- Be able to differentiate teaching to rebuild pupils' confidence
- Be able to prevent conflicts and manage the class group
- Have good listening, teamwork and communication skills

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Full-time post: 18 teaching hours per week in front of pupils, plus lesson preparation and pupil follow-up
- Replacement contract, with possible extension
- Remote work not possible
