Diploma: Degree at bac+3 level in the subject (modern literature)
Experience: Beginners accepted

- Good general knowledge and teaching skills.
- Good knowledge of the national school curriculum.
- Able to lead projects and show initiative.
- Rigorous, patient and a good listener.
- Able to adapt to different situations.
- Clean criminal record.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer. The CV and cover letter are required.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Offer to build a pool of candidates, with no specific post.
- Pre-selection on file, then interview; contact when a post opens.
- Remote work not possible.
- Help available to settle in: housing, childcare, partner's job.
