Civil servants in the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal de 2e classe or Technicien principal de 1re classe can apply. Contract agents can also be hired while waiting for a civil servant.

Diploma: Electronics baccalauréat or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- Electronics baccalauréat or equivalent
- Knowledge of diagnosis and request-management techniques
- Analyse a request or fault and give a suitable response
- Set priorities based on urgency and impact
- Good use of office tools and fleet management software
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
