Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels). For a civil servant, the mobility form must include the opinion of their line manager.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Practical knowledge of the work environment.
- Mastery of office and computer tools.
- Practical knowledge of regulations and teamwork.
- Ability to analyse and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and good communication.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer. Attach the signed mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category B driving licence required.
- Medical fitness required for motor machines and work at height.
- Remote work not possible.
- Hours from 07:00 to 19:00, with a compulsory 45-minute lunch break.
