Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in electrical work
Experience: Experienced, at least 2 years
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in electrical work
- At least 2 years of experience
- Driving licence category B
- Read electrical and building plans
- Follow safety rules, including live-working rules
- Be reactive, rigorous and versatile
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 17 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall. The offer is published on the Choisir le Service Public website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence category B required.
- Monday to Friday work, 35 hours per week.
- Possible evening or weekend work for city events.
- No remote work.
