Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- General knowledge of building electrical work.
- Knowledge of the NFC 15-100 standard.
- Good command of workplace health and safety rules.
- Ability to write intervention reports.
- Ability to work on your own and communicate with teams.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 11:45 and 13:15 to 16:30; Friday, 7:30 to 11:45 and 13:15 to 16:00.
- The job includes work in occupied buildings and snow clearing.
