Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP Electrician, BEP or Bac Pro in electrical trades
Experience: At least 5 years
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in electrical trades
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Electrical safety authorisations required
- Driving licence category B required
- Knowledge of electrical standards and safety rules
- Ability to use measuring tools to diagnose faults
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your application by email only, to the address given in the offer. The cover letter and CV must be two separate attachments.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job, 39 hours per week (RTT days).
- Fixed hours, work indoors and outdoors.
- The job includes on-call duties.
- Remote work is not possible.
