Civil servants (permanent staff) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Electrician diploma and electrical authorisations.
- Driving licence B, CACES nacelle and AIPR operator required.
- Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, plumbing and carpentry.
- Ability to work in a team and share information.
- Rigour, autonomy, energy and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Open to the grades of technical assistant, senior technical assistant (2nd or 1st class).
- The post is vacant from 1 January 2027.
- A contract may be offered when no civil servant has applied.
