The profile they look for:
- Do electrical work on both high-current and low-current systems.
- Diagnose a fault and apply the right solutions.
- Work across different trades with flexibility.
- Follow safety rules and procedures.
- Be polite and discreet during work on occupied sites.
- Be rigorous and organised.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
