Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Master climbing, pruning and felling techniques.
- Know how to use mechanical tools.
- Know safety rules.
- Show rigour and a sense of responsibility.
- Be independent, quick to react and a good team player.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
