The profile they look for:
- State Diploma of Specialised Educator (DEES) required.
- PSC1 first-aid certificate and driving licence (permis B) required.
- Knowledge of young adults and their issues.
- Skills in youth project methods and group activities.
- Good listening, adaptability and conflict management skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
