Civil servants (titulaires, transfer or secondment) and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the technician grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac + 2 in the energy field
Experience: Experienced: at least 5 years in an equivalent role, instead of the diploma.
The profile they look for:
- Bac + 2 in energy, or 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of energy, building thermal systems, fluids and public lighting.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and public procurement.
- Ability to lead, communicate and speak in public.
- Ability to work in a team and write technical documents.
- Autonomy, good organisation and planning skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
