Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The grades are technicien, technicien principal de 2nd class and technicien principal de 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of buildings, energy and energy renovation.
- Good knowledge of thermal rules, the tertiary decree and the BACS decree.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Good writing and argument skills.
- Basic budget management and ability to keep a dashboard.
- Respect for public service values and rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
