The profile they look for:
- Know the rules for early childhood care facilities.
- Know child development from 0 to 4 years old.
- Define and apply an educational and teaching project.
- Lead and manage a team of adults, including conflicts.
- Work in partnership and report to your manager.
- Apply professional secrecy rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
