- Knowledge of public service civil service status and employment law.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and public contracts.
- Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to plan, organise and coordinate.
- Good resistance to stress and ability to work on your own.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
