- Promote and facilitate links between research units and member institutions
- Act as interface between researchers and technology transfer offices
- Implement and manage the Centre's international and partnership policy
- Promote and manage national and international partnerships between institutions
- Monitor funding opportunities and public policies related to the Centre's work
- Communicate on the activities and achievements of the CRFM and its researchers
