Diploma: Early childhood educator diploma (éducateur de jeunes enfants)
The profile they look for:
- Early childhood educator diploma.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Able to manage a team and lead groups.
- Able to develop and manage an educational project.
- Knowledge of the rules for early childhood care.
- Good interpersonal skills, reactivity and energy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
