The job is open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The holder is subject to the special statute for prison administration civil servants.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Diploma at bac+2 level, in law, political science, human resources or staff management
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the justice and prison administration environment
- Legal knowledge and knowledge of administrative, budget and financial rules
- Experience in operational command
- Very good management skills
- Assessing risk factors, including the danger posed by prisoners
- Good listening, dialogue and teaching skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
