Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract employee can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded. Target grades: principal engineer, senior engineer, chief engineer or general engineer.

Experience: Proven experience in infrastructure management and team leadership

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
