Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education in sports facility management; MNS diploma (BEESAN, BPJEPS AAN...)
Experience: Confirmed experience, ideally running a facility of similar size.
The profile they look for:
- Confirmed management experience.
- Knowledge of the rules for public swimming pools.
- Maître-nageur (MNS) diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of public accounting and public contracts.
- Good people skills and teaching sense.
- Good computer skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
