Open to civil servants in category A, at attaché, attaché principal or attaché hors classe grade in the local civil service. Contract staff can also apply.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 or bac+4 at minimum
Experience: At least 5 years in public procurement.
The profile they look for:
- Degree of at least bac+3 or bac+4.
- At least 5 years of experience in public procurement.
- Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Code.
- Good command of the MARCO software.
- Good knowledge of local authorities and communautés de communes.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
