Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint d'animation grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFD or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- BAFD or equivalent.
- Ability to manage, lead and supervise a team.
- Rigor, independence and a sense of responsibility.
- Good people skills, listening and conflict management.
- Good writing skills.
- Good computer skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 13 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your cover letter and CV by post or email, addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time: 525 hours per year, or 15 hours per week (9 hours during school weeks).
- It is possible to add a contract at the Saunier social centre to complete the part-time hours.
- Position available as soon as possible.
