Diploma: Bac +5 in regional planning, territorial development or equivalent field
Experience: Confirmed experience

- Proven knowledge of environment, planning and land management.
- Good understanding of rural territory issues.
- Confirmed experience in leading and managing projects.
- Experience in managing and coordinating a team.
