Diploma: Bac+5 in public finance, public accounting or financial audit
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role

- Proven expertise in local public finance (M57, intercommunal taxation)
- Knowledge of multi-year AP/CP budgeting and budget management tools
- Specialist in debt and cash management
- Management skills and sense of responsibility
- Good writing skills, rigour and good listening skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
