Open only to contract staff. Only a contractor can be hired, because the post covers a temporary increase in activity.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFD (in progress or held), BPJEPS with management unit (UC de direction), or a diploma with management equivalence.
Experience: Confirmed experience, ideally in the same post.
The profile they look for:
- BAFD in progress or held, or BPJEPS with management unit (UC de direction).
- Experience in the same post is preferred.
- Ability to manage a team, organise and plan.
- Mediation skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and DDCS regulations.
- Ability to work independently and a strong team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Post to be filled on 4 January 2027. Interviews planned for weeks 50 and 51.
- No remote work. Annual leave is taken in August.
- Attendance at meetings set during the year. Split working hours during the day.
- Category C post with management duties.
