The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of prison buildings and security.
- Knowledge of how a prison detention centre works.
- Knowledge of the delegated management contract.
- Ability to organise and follow works in an occupied site.
- Ability to control and negotiate.
- Rigour and ability to report back.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
