Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. The post is open to the ingénieur, ingénieur principal and ingénieur hors classe grades of the territorial civil service.

Experience: Senior manager with proven experience, ideally in the public or industrial sector. The offer's experience field is not filled in.
