Diploma: Diploma at bac +4/5 level in law, finance or administration
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a finance or resources department
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of public finance, public purchasing and management control.
- Good people skills, teaching ability and strong negotiation skills.
- Skill with forecasting and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the municipal and local government environment.
- Foresight, availability, initiative and ability to analyse and summarise.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
