The profile they look for:
- Diploma at level 5 or 6.
- Knowledge of rules on childcare for minors, hygiene and safety.
- Ability to design dashboards to monitor activity.
- Knowledge of early childhood and education policies.
- Strong writing skills and good office software skills.
- Management skills, good relations, listening and kindness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
