The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of early childhood policy.
- Knowledge of rules for early childhood care.
- Knowledge of child development.
- Ability to manage and lead educational thinking.
- Self-control, diplomacy and adaptability.
- Method, rigour and sense of organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
