Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFD or equivalent. Training may be funded; in that case, BAFA with experience is required.
Experience: Experienced. Significant experience in youth activities.
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in youth activities
- Good knowledge of leisure centres (ACM) and their rules
- Ability to take initiative and report on it
- Good relationship skills with children aged 3 to 12
- Good skills in office tools (email, Excel, Word)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
