- Very good knowledge of local government law, urban planning and funeral services.
- Very good knowledge of public finance, public procurement and payroll.
- Ability to supervise and manage teams.
- Good writing skills and ability to analyse and summarise.
- Public service ethos, responsiveness and good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
