Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS or BAFD, completed or in progress
The profile they look for:
- Holder of the BPJEPS or BAFD, completed or in progress.
- Good command of animation techniques and educational projects.
- Skills in managing and leading a team.
- Public service mindset and good people skills.
- Good organisation and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 17 (Closes in 16 days)
Apply on the employer's website or on the official offer. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annual working hours: Monday to Friday mornings, lunchtimes and evenings; Wednesdays and holidays in a continuous day.
- Two half-yearly bonuses, subject to conditions; 75% of the transport pass covered.
