- Know how SPIPs and the prison administration work.
- Know the legal texts on sentence enforcement.
- Be able to manage a team and run meetings.
- Be able to run a project, organise work and set priorities.
- Good listening, dialogue and teamwork skills.
- Use office software, including Windows and APPI/GENESIS.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
