Diploma: Level 6 degree in public finance, management, public law or HR management
Experience: Experienced. Significant experience in public finance and/or HR, ideally in a local authority.

- Strong skills in budgeting, accounting and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of HR procedures in local government: payroll, statutes, labour law.
- Ability to manage staff, run projects and organise services.
- Holds a French driving licence (permis B) and has a car.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 26 (Closes in 25 days)

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible: 1 day per week after 6 months in the job.
- Occasional evening meetings. Driving licence (permis B) required.
