- Good knowledge of urban planning, environmental and development law.
- Good knowledge of local public policies and planning tools.
- Ability to give technical expertise to help decision-making.
- Good writing skills, with strong analysis and summary skills.
- Good computer skills, including the GIS software QGIS.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
