Open to civil servants and contract workers. Grades stated: Attaché or Attaché principal of the territorial civil service. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Level 7 diploma (Master 2 or equivalent).
Experience: Experience managing a social or medical care home is welcome.

- Good knowledge of rules for social and medical care homes.
- Skills in budget and financial management.
- Proven management skills.
- Knowledge of the territorial civil service rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
