Civil servants of the territorial public service in the grades of Attaché, Attaché principal or Attaché hors classe. Contract staff may also be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Significant experience in school management, collective catering or team management. Dual experience in education and catering is a major plus.
The profile they look for:
- Experience managing or leading a school service.
- Knowledge of in-house collective catering.
- Managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and EGAlim rules.
- Good at dialogue, consultation and negotiation.
