Experience: Proven experience in a technical management role in a local authority

- Technical higher education at Bac+5 level.
- Proven technical management experience in a comparable local authority.
- Experience running complex projects and public procurement.
- Knowledge of tourist area issues is a plus.
- Public service mindset, ability to arbitrate and decide.
