Diploma: Bac +5 in engineering and public works, or equivalent (water, environment, civil engineering)
Experience: Proven experience in management and running public projects

- Master level (bac +5) in engineering, public works, water, environment or civil engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management, public project ownership and running complex operations.
- Good knowledge of how utility services (water, sanitation, waste) are run.
- Good knowledge of technical, financial and legal rules for local authorities.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
