Open to permanent civil servants and contract staff. The post is open to the 1st and 2nd grades of administrateur in the local civil service.
Category: Category A+ (senior management)
Experience: Proven experience of 8 to 10 years minimum in general management; experience in a similar post required.
The profile they look for:
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience as a general manager in public or semi-public bodies.
- Solid knowledge of land planning, coastline and environment.
- Skills in public and private accounting.
- Knowledge of local authority law, public contracts and urban planning.
- Ability to talk with elected officials of all political views and other partners.
- Ability to lead complex cross-team projects and manage staff.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
