Experience: Significant experience in a management role in a local authority.
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in a senior management role in a local authority.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Very good knowledge of local authorities and their legal framework.
- Command of local public finance, HR, public procurement and administrative procedures.
- Ability to decide, arbitrate and bring teams together.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
