The job is open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. It is open at the grades of administrateur (1st, 2nd and 3rd grade), ingénieur en chef, ingénieur en chef hors classe and ingénieur général. Recognised disabled workers may apply by contract, as an exception.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
