Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the rédacteur grade of the local civil service.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Expert level experience required.

- Knowledge of local public policies and the rules that apply to local authorities
- Skills in management, leadership and project steering
- Skills in financial management, budgeting and management control
- Ability to negotiate and consult with public and private partners
- Knowledge of the civil service status for local government and of human resources management
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
