Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: CAFDES or Master's degree in management of health and social care organisations
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of local government environment.
- Knowledge of the legal framework for elderly care.
- Experience steering social or medico-social facilities.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate teams.
- Relationship maturity and handling of conflict situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
