Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Higher education, Bac+2 minimum
Experience: Experience in a similar role (management, finance and administration, or technical lead) appreciated
The profile they look for:
- Higher education diploma, Bac+2 minimum.
- Knowledge of local authority legal and financial rules (M57).
- Skills in administrative writing and public procurement rules.
- Ability to make decisions, lead a team and settle conflicts.
- Public service mindset, professional discretion and loyalty.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
