Open to civil servants and contract agents, at the grades of attaché, attaché hors classe or attaché principal of the territorial civil service. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Higher education in public administration, public law, local government management, public management or an equivalent field
Experience: Proven experience in management and cross-department steering in a local authority or public body; experience working with elected officials strongly preferred

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
